Kooperatifimiz 12/02/1966 yılında Niyazi TAŞKIRAN Başkanlığında Cevat BÜYÜK, Salih K. ARSLAN, Şükrü ÖZDEMIR, Orhan YILMAZ, Emin TARI, A.Osman TAŞPINAR, Recep GÜL, Tevfik ÇEVIK, Arif BOSTANCI, A.Mehmet K.GÜLLE, Üzeyir GÜNDOĞDU, Necati BÜYÜK, Raşit ULU, Şükrü SÜTÇÜ, Yusuf BÜYÜK, Ali ADANUR, Rıfat GÜL, Aydın AKIN, Hasan BOSTANCI, Sami ÇAY, Ali YILMAZ, İbrahim BOSTANCI, Hüseyin KÜTÜK, Kadem BAYRAK, Ertuğrul EREN, Süleyman GÜLER, Hasan GÜNDOĞDU, Hüseyin DORUK, İsmail GÜLYÜZ Kurucu üyeleri ile kurulmuştur. Esnaf ve Sanatkarlara ucuz kredi sağlamak amacıyla kurulan kooperatifimiz 1966 yılından bu yana hizmet vermektedir. Yönetime Niyazi TAŞKIRAN, Cevat BÜYÜK, Ismail GÜLYÜZ, Necati BÜYÜK, Denetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine ise Hüseyin DORUK, Emin TARI, Süleyman GÜLER katılmışlardır. 01/04/1984 Tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Hüseyin MIZRAKLI, Başkan Vekilliğine Hasan DINÇ, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine ise Engin TINAZTEPE, Esat ATLAY, Necip ERGÜN, Mehmet AYDIN, Cengiz ÜNAL seçilmişlerdir.Denetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine ise Salim KÖKSAL, Üzeyir GÜNDOĞDU, Cihat ERGÜN seçilmişlerdir. 27/03/1988 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul toplantısında yapılan seçim sonucu Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Hüseyin MIZRAKLI, Başkan Vekilliğine Engin TINAZTEPE, Yönetim Kurulu üyeliklerine ise Necip ERGÜN, Esat ATLAY, Mehmet AYDIN, Cengiz ÜNAL, Mustafa PEKER. seçilmişlerdir. 08/04/1996 tarih ve sayılı karar gereğince Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Hüseyin MIZRAKLI, Başkan Vekili Mustafa PEKER, Üyeliklere ise Cengiz ÜNAL, Hasan KALYONCU, Selahattin AKIN, Ramis KALAY, Ülken AYPARLAK seçilmişlerdir. 24/09/1997 tarihinde Kooperatif Başkanı Hüseyin MIZRAKLI'mn vefatı nedeni ile 02/10/1997 tarihinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısı ile görev dağılımı yapılmış olup oylama sonucu Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Selahattin AKIN, Başkan Vekilliğine Mustafa PEKER, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine ise Cengiz ÜNAL, Hasan KALYONCU, Ramis KALAY, Ülken AYPARLAK seçilmişlerdir. 09/04/2000 tarihinde, yapılan Genel Kurul ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Selahattin AKIN, Başkan Vekilliğine Cengiz ÜNAL, İkinci Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekilliğine Hasan KALYONCU, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine Ramis KALAY, Gürsel MIZRAKLI, Erkan KARAGÜLLE, Hakan HEMENGÜL seçilmişlerdir. 11/04/2004 Tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul ile Yönetim Kurul Başkanlığına Selahattin AKIN, Başkan Vekilliğine Cengiz ÜNAL ve Hasan KALYONCU, Yönetim Kurulu üyeliklerine ise Erkan KARAGÜLLE, Hakan HEMENGÜL, Gürsel MIZRAKLI seçilmişlerdir. 05/04/2008 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığını Hüseyin TOPCU devralmış, Yönetim Kurulu üyeliklerine ise Hasan BAŞ, Salih GÖKMEN, Cemal ERGÜN, Hüseyin BAKIR, Mehmet BAŞ, Cemal AYDIN katılmışlardır.Denetim Kurulu Üyeleri ise değişmemiş olup Salim KÖKSAL, Cihat ERGÜN, Namık Kemal YUVACI dır. 20/03/2011 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına tekrar Hüseyin TOPCU seçilmiş olup , Yönetim Kurulu üyeliklerine ise Hasan BAŞ, Cemal ERGÜN, Hüseyin BAKIR, Cemal AYDIN halen devam etmektedirler. Denetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine ise 20/03/2011 tarihinde yapılan seçim ile Şükrü AŞICI ve ENIS ARSLAN seçilmiş olup denetim kurulu olarak görevlerine devam etmektedirler. Personel Bilgileri: 2007 yılında Kooperatifimizde 25 yıllık çalışmasını tamamlayarak emekli olan Kadir KARASOY'un emekliliği ile Kooperatifimizde çalışmak üzere 01/12/2007 tarihinde Aliye ÖZSOMUNCU işe başlamış olup halen devam etmektedir.Kadir KARASOY ise 2008 yılında Kooperatifimizden ayrılmıştır. 01/12/2010 tarihinde Sunay GÜNGÖR'ün işe alınması ile çalışan sayısı iki kişiye çıkarılmıştır.şu anda iki çalışan ile Esnaf ve Sanatkarlarımıza hizmet vermekteyiz.
